Added new option when creating BinaryReader ReadOption. Set it to Loose to skip bounds check when reading a record. It seems that SQL Reporting services creates some records that have invalid bounds. Excel itself opens them ok, so adding this option should make it work similarly. Also I found the the implementation of LABEL was incorrect and was offset by one character. LABEL is not usually used in BIFF8 but it seems SQL reporting services does use it.

the problem was that the sheet dimensions reported only 1 column when there were more. Not sure why, but have added a check for this problem and use row record to get last column if possible

Switch to using LocalName rather Name and being NamespaceUri aware. Also, can cope with not having dimension element
